These guys are not what I'm after right now. I went to Southlakes park on Dec 1st and 2nd. The day of and the day after the first stocking. Only ended up catching 6 small bass on Thursday and a couple of perch on Friday. I did see one guy catch a 14 inch trout using worms. I was only using a fly rod with an olive woolly bugger. I plan on going back and using some worms and power bait. I will fly cast around while waiting to catch with my other rods. I really would like to try some different trout recipes so I'm willing to use other means than my normal style of fishing.
